8 JUNE2022KIIT In the prestigious Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2022, Bhubaneswar, a deemed-to-be-university, was named 8th best university in the world for its excellent success in'reducing disparities. Gender equality is one of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) objectives set forth by the United Nations. The Impact Rankings 2022 report was released on April 28 by the London-based Times Higher Education, which annually ranks institutes and universities on a variety of criteria, including the well-known 'world university ranking.'The Impact Rankings looked at how committed universities were to sustainability in four areas: research, stewardship, outreach, and teaching. Only a few Indian universities were included in the list, including KIIT. Securing eighth place demonstrates the university's commitment to academic excellence in all areas. KIITs high score also reflects its social responsibility and significant contributions to the Sustainable Development Goals. It came in at number 201-300 overall in the rankings.
