The three-month programme provides organisations in a range of industries with networking, mentoring, and training opportunities, including but not limited to e-commerce, healthcare, education, and finance.According to Paul Ravindranath G, the programme "includes specific modules to support women entrepreneurs in areas like seeking mentorship and advice, hiring talent, and tapping networks for help, to build confidence where cultural conditioning can sometimes create self-doubt".Applications are being accepted for the second round of the programme from June 4. Additionally, Google employees and mentors from outside networks will offer support to the selected participants in the areas of technology, product strategy, people, growth, and funding.Another aspect of the training is access to Google's extensive worldwide network of financial backers, business giants, and advisors. Among the graduates of the initial batch were startups developing a range of cutting-edge solutions. These included websites that let rural artisans sell their wares online, AI-driven medical diagnostic tools, and many others.According to Ravindranath, the programme is an excellent opportunity for female entrepreneurs to get support and guidance as they navigate the challenges of expanding their businesses. This initiative aims to provide female employees with equal and inclusive professional chances and opportunities in various business sectors of the company.This fourth edition will also be beneficial to the wives of the present employees who are working for MG Motor by providing them with a dignified platform from differentiated backgrounds and communities to restart their professions.Women will be provided coaching and internal mentorship to enable their seamless adaptation to the business environment. All participants can take benefit from the program's significant networking opportunities and professional development.In the last edition of 'Drive Her Back', over 60 women were provided the opportunity to relaunch their careers in the respective fields at MG Motor as season 3 generated over 1,500 applications.Females are mostly bound to adapt to the situations they face. Many of them take a break from their career to look after their household or children and to restart their careers again remains a challenge for many of them because they frequently face trouble in finding job opportunities because of their gap years.
